Ginger Treatment for Back Coldness

Ginger Treatment
Mix 1 dessertspoon of dried ginger in a bowl of boiled water, enough to soak a tea towel.
Place the tea towel in the solution and let it stand for 3-5 minutes.
Remove the tea towel and squeeze dry.
Place the warm moist tea towel as a compress over the low back or kidneys.
Wrap a dry towel over top to keep warm and catch the drips.
Lie quietly on a yoga mat for 20-30 minutes.
Repeat daily for seven days in the depth of winter.
